Who are we?

We are a group of people who share a desire to look for God, to understand the purpose he has for our lives and try to put that into practice.

Most of us have discovered from our own experience that God forgives us, that he offers us a personal relationship with him, and that he helps and guides us.

And so together, as we read the Bible and share our lives with one another, we are discovering more about who we are, who God is, and what he wants for our lives.

What is an evangelical church?

In this country, due to our history, anything that is Christian but not Catholic is viewed as a bit strange. In other countries, however, to be protestant (or 'evangelical' as we say here) isn't unusual. People such the founder of the Red Cross, Henri Dunant, and the human rights activist, Martin Luther King, were protestant Christians.

The protestant churches form a branch of the Christian faith, in the same way as the Catholic Church and the orthodox churches.

Protestant churches the world over share a basic foundation of faith. Meanwhile among them there is a variety of groups (or denominations) which have their own emphases and traditions.

While being an independent church, we maintain close relationships with the other protestant churches of our province, Guipúzcoa. We believe in a faith that is straightforward and practical, based on the Bible. Click on this link if you want to read our Statement of Faith (in Spanish).
